Ingredients:
1. Beetroot - 1 (medium sized)
2. Dates - 3-4 (seedless)
3. Garlic cloves - 3
4. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
5. Vinegar - 1/2 cup
6. Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Clean the beetroot and peel off the skin. Cut into medium sized pieces and grate it using a vegetable grater
2. Chop the dates and garlic cloves
3. Mix together the chopped dates, garlic red chilli powder and salt with the grated beetroot
4. Pour vinegar to just cover the beetroot mixture
5. Mix well and keep refrigerated
6. Start using after 2-3 days
