Ingredients:
1. Shrimps - 1 lb
2. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
3. Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1.5 tsp
4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
5. Ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
6. Salt to taste
7. Lime juice - 2 tsp
8. Oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Wash and clean the shrimps in water, applying little salt and lime juice. Drain the water and keep aside
2. Mix together the ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, salt, turmeric, pepper and make a thick paste by adding little water or oil if required. (The paste should not be watery)
3. Marinate the shrimps with the thick paste and keep for half an hour
4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on both sides on medium flame
5. Serve hot
