Tuna Salad with Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients:
1. Canned tuna - 1
2. Red Cabbage - 2-3 leaf (cut in julienne)
3. Carrot - 2 (cut in julienne)
4. Lettuce leaves - 2-3 (cut in julienne)
5. Green Cabbage - 2-3 leaf (cut in julienne)
6. Crushed pepper - 2 tsp
7. Dried Thyme - 2 tsp
8. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
9. Greek Vinaigrette - 2 tbsp
10. Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Drain away the oil/water from canned tuna. Stir fry on pan till it turns golden brown.
2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients along with the fried tuna
