Cheese Broccoli

Ingredients :
1. Broccoli - 1 cup
2. Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
3. Green Chilli - 3 (thinly sliced)
4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Oil - 2 tbsp
6. Salt to taste

For Cheese
1. Milk - 2 glass
2. Lime juice - 1/2 cup

Preparation:
1. Heat the milk. When it is about to boil, add the lime juice.
2. Stir continuously on a low flame till it turns into curds and whey
3. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes
4. Use a cheesecloth to drain away the whey from the curds (curds will be the cheese)
5. Press the cheese using the cloth to get most of the moisture out
6. Put the cheese in a mold or just leave it in a ball type form
7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
8. In a sauce pan, heat the oil
9. Saute the onions till they turn translucent
10. Put in the green chillis, broccoli and saute well
11. Add the turmeric powder and salt and cook for 1 minute
12. Finally add the cheese and mix well
13. Cook this till the cheese becomes sticky and elastic
14. Serve hot
