Pasta with tuna and Italian white cream sauce

Ingredients:
1. Penne pasta - 2 cups
2. Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated (if you like more cheese, you can add more)
3. Canned Tuna Fish - 1 1/2 cup
4. Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
5. Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Onion - 1 (small, thinly chopped)
8. Salt to taste
9. Oregano - 1/2 tsp
10. Olive oil - 1 tbsp
For Italian White Cream Sauce (like an Alfredo or Bechamel)
1. Butter - 1 tbsp
2. All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 tbsp
3. Heavy cream - 1 cup
4. Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
5. Salt to taste
6. Garlic powder / minced garlic - 1 tsp (optional)

Preparation:
1. Heat a pan, add butter, flour and fry. Add 1 tbsp of heavy cream and mix well. Then add the remaining cream and keep stirring on a low flame. Put ground pepper, garlic powder and  required salt. Keep stirring till it becomes a thick paste.
The white sauce is ready. Keep aside till use

2. In a vessel, boil some water, sprinkle little salt and put the penne pasta. Cook on medium flame for 5 - 10 minutes. When the pasta is completely cooked, drain away the excess water and keep aside

3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and saute till it turns golden brown. Put the chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, little salt and cook for 1 minute. Now add the canned tuna and  mix well and fry for 5 - 10 minutes.

4. Now add the cooked pasta to the fried tuna. Put the grated Parmesan, white sauce, mix well and cook for     1 minute
6. Season with Oregano
Serve hot
