Chicken Pizza

Ingredients :

For Pizza Base / Crust:
1. Dry Active Yeast - 700 gms
2. White Sugar - 1 tsp
3. Warm water - 1 cup
4. Bread Flour / All Purpose Flour - 2 and 1/2 cups
5. Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
6. Salt - 1 tsp
7. Baking Powder - 2 tsp

For Topping:
1. Onions - 1 (chopped in square shapes)
2. Green Bell Pepper - 1 (chopped in square shapes)
3. Tomato -1 (chopped in square shapes)
4. Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
5. Tomato Sauce - 3 tbsp
6. Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
7. Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast - 1 finely chopped
8. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 1 and 1/2 cups
9. Olive Oil - 4 tsp
10. Black Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
11. Salt - 1/2 tsp

Preparation:
1. Clean the chicken breast, chop and marinate with little garlic paste, pepper powder and salt. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Fry in olive oil for 5 minutes and keep aside
2. In warm water in a bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in it. Wait till yeast starts forming bubbles in water.
3. Now add this yeast solution, salt, sugar, olive oil and baking powder in flour. Knead it to form a soft dough. Keep aside for 3-4 hours or till it doubles its size.
4. Roll the dough to make a base of pizza.
5. Put little cheese and spread the mixture of garlic paste, tomato and chilli sauce
6. Now put the chicken pieces, chopped onions and tomatoes
7. Spread the remaining cheese over it.
8. Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
Your homemade yummy pizza is ready
Slice the pizza using a pizza cutter and serve hot
