Bread Pattil

Ingredients:


1. Chicken breast (boneless) - 1/2 kg (thinly chopped)
2. Chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
4. Oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Onion - 3 (thinly sliced)
6. Green Chilli - 2
7. Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
8. Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
10. Ghee - 1 tablespoon
11. Bread - 10 slices
12. Milk - 1 cup
13. Egg - 4 (beated)
14. Salt to taste
15. Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:
For Filling -
1. Heat a pan on stove
2. Pour oil. Once the oil gets heated, add the chopped onions
3. Wait till the onions turn golden brown. Add ginger & garlic paste and fry little
4. Add green chilli and saute well.
5. Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt and mix well till the masalas get fried
6. Add the chopped chicken pieces, mix well and allow it to get cooked
7. Keep aside the cooked filling

1. Heat a non-stick pan on stove
2. Grease the pan with ghee and switch off the stove
3. Dip each bread slices in milk and then in egg and place the first layer of 5 slices on the pan
4. Put the filling and some coriander leaves on top of the filling
5. Again place the next set of 5 bread slices on top of the filling
6. Put the filling again and some coriander leaves on top of the filling
7. Put the pan on low flames for 5-10 mins
8. Cover the pan with a lid

Once cooked, remove it from the pan
Cut like pizza slices and serve hot
