Ingredients:
1. Chicken Drumsticks - 4 pcs (cleaned & skin removed)
2. Egg - 1 (large)
3. All Purpose flour / Maida - 1/2 cup
4. Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
5. Pepper - 2 tsp
6. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
1. Prick 4 small holes on the chicken drumsticks' each side. Marinate the pieces with ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cook in microwave for less than 5 minutes
3. Mix the bread crumbs with the remaining pepper powder and salt
4. Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour, then the egg and finally the bread crumbs until all pieces are evenly coated on both sides
5. Heat oil in a deep pan. Place the coated chicken drumsticks and deep fry both sides until it turns golden brown
6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towel
