Italian White Cream Sauce (like an Alfredo or Bechamel)

Ingredients
1. Butter - 1 tbsp
2. All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 tbsp
3. Heavy cream - 1 cup
4. Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
5. Salt to taste
6. Garlic powder / minced garlic - 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Heat a pan, add butter, flour and fry.
2. Add 1 tbsp of cream and mix well.
3. Then add the remaining cream and keep stirring on a low flame.
4. Put ground pepper and  required salt. Keep stirring till it becomes a thick paste.
Serve with pasta or fries
