1. Fresh Mint leaves - 1/2 cup (firmly packed)
2. Fresh Cilantro/Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup (firmly packed)
3. Lime juice - 1 tbsp (can substitute with Vinegar)
4. Thick Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup (lightly whisked)
5. Green chilli - 1or 2 (alter as per spiciness needed)
6. Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Blend all the ingredients except the curd to a smooth paste using just a few drops of water
2. Empty into a bowl and fold the yogurt through
Serve with appetizer of your choice
