Ingredients:
1. Ash Gourd (kumbalanga) - 1 cup (cut into small pieces)
2. Coconut milk - 1 cup
3. Coconut oil - 1 tsp
4. Green chilies - 4
5. Curry leaves - 4-5 leaf
6. Salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Boil the ash gourd with green chilies and salt for 5 minutes in little water
2. Put coconut milk and bring to boil
3. Switch off the flame and add curry leaves and oil
