Cauliflower Dry Masala / Gobi Subzi / Cauliflower Subzi

Ingredients:
 1. Cauliflower florets -  1 cup
2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
3. Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
4. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
5. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
7. Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp (ground black pepper, cinnamon sticks, cardamon pods, cloves, cumin seeds)
8. Tomato - 1 (chopped)
9. Onion - 1 (chopped)
10. Salt to taste
11. Coriander leaves to garnish

Preparation:
1. Wash and clean the cauliflower florets. Boil it till half cooked. Drain water and keep aside
2. Heat oil in a pan. Put ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes off
3. Add onions and saute till they turn translucent
4. Put tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy
5. Add coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and fry for a minute
6. Put salt as required
7. Add the cauliflower florets. Mix well and keep covered for 5 minutes on medium flame till fully cooked
8. Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with roti or poratha
