Ingredients:
1. Bread - 4 slices (any bread of your choice)
2. Onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
3. Tomato - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
5. Bell Peppers (green, yellow) - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
6. Broccoli - 2 tbsp
7. Green Chilli - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
8. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Mozzarella Cheese - 2 tbsp (shredded)
10. Salt to taste
11. Olive oil - 1 tsp
12. Oregano - 1 tsp
13. Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degree F
1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients except bread and tomato sauce. Save some cheese to sprinkle on the top
2. In a baking pan, place the bread slices, spread the mixture on the bread evenly, put tomato sauce on top of it and sprinkle some cheese over
3. Bake for 10 minutes or till the cheese melts
