Ingredients:
1. Sausage/Chicken Franks - 6 (cut into round slices)
2. Green Chilli - 4
5. Onion - 1 (chopped)
6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
7. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
8. Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup (chopped), i used red and yellow
9. Garlic cloves - 6 (chopped)
10. Oil - 2 tbsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped onions,garlic and saute well till onions turn translucent
3. Add green chilli , bell peppers and fry for 1 minute
4. Put turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and again fry for another 1 minute
5. Now add the sausage pieces and mix well. Cook covered for 4-5 minutes
6. Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with chapathi, kuboos or any roti of your choice
