Egg Roast / Mutta Roast / Dry Egg Curry

Ingredients:
1. Egg - 2
2. Onion - 1 (thinly sliced)
3. Green Chilli - 3 (cut into slits)
4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
5. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
6. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
7. Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp (ground black pepper, cinnamon sticks, cardamon pods, cloves, cumin seeds)
8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
9. Tomato - 2 (chopped)
10. Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
11. Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Hard boil the eggs. Remove the shells and cut into half
2. Heat oil in a pan. Put green chilli and onions. Saute onions till they turn golden brown
3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes off
4. Put tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy
5. Add coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and fry for a minute
6. Put salt as required
7. Add the eggs and mix carefully so that the eggs are covered with the masala
8. You can add water if you want more gravy and boil it. You can also garnish with curry leaves or coriander leaves
Serve hot
