Hash Browns

Ingredients:
1. Potato - 4 (grated)
2. Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
3. Onion - 1 (thinly chopped)
4. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
5. Salt to taste
6. Oil for frying


Preparation:
1. Soak away liquids from the grated potatoes
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
3. Make small balls and flatten on your palm into small patties
4. Heat oil and fry hash browns on low-medium heat
5. Remove to paper towel
