Ingredients:
1. Raw rice - 1 cup
2. Grated coconut - 2 tsp
3. Cooked rice - 1 tbsp
4. Water - 2 cups
5. Salt to taste
6. Oil for greasing tawa
Preparation:
1. Soak rice for at least 4 hrs or overnight
2. Grind it to a fine paste along with coconut, cooked rice and water. The batter should be watery and very thin
3. Heat tawa on medium flame. Grease little oil on the tawa with a cloth piece
4. When the tawa is hot, pour batter and rotate it so that the batter spreads evenly around the tawa to make a thin dosa
5. Cover and cook for 30 seconds or until dosa starts leaving the sides
6. Remove and let cool for 10-15 seconds.
7. Fold into half and then into quarter forming a triangle shape
8. Serve hot with chutney/ any non veg curry
