Ingredients:
1. Chicken - 2 boneless and skinless breast piece cut into cubes
2. Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
3. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
5. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
6. Curd/Yogurt - 1 tsp
7. Salt to taste
8. Bell Peppers (green, red) - 1/2 cup cut into cubes
9. Onion - 1 (cut into cubes)
Preparation:
1. Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and curd. Keep aside for at least 1 hour. (keeping the marinade overnight helps to absorb more of the masala and tastes better)
2. Thread the chicken piece, bell peppers and onion alternately on the skewers and keep aside
3. Line a tray with aluminium foil and place the skewers on it
4. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
5. Place the tray and cook for 15 minutes. Now take the tray out and flip the skewers. Cook again for another 10 minutes
Serve hot.
Note: You can brush some oil after placing the skewers in the tray and also after flipping the skewers. You can also marinate the bell peppers and onion pieces along with the chicken
