Strawberry Clafoutis

Ingredients:
1. Strawberry - 10-12
2. Butter - 2 tbsp (melted)
3. All Purpose Flour/Maida - 3 tbsp
4. Egg - 1
5. Fresh Cream/ Heavy Cream - 3/4 cup
6. Icing Sugar/Confectioners Sugar - 3.5 tbsp + extra for dusting on top
7. Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degree F (200 degree C)
2. Grease two small sized baking dishes or ramekins with some butter and dust some flour on it. Keep aside
3. In a bowl, whisk together egg and sugar.
4. Add flour and stir to combine
5. Now add heavy cream and melted butter and whisk well
6. Drop the strawberries in the baking dishes
7. Gently pour the batter over the strawberries
8. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm
